Kutz Structures LLC was originated back in 2009 on a 7th generation family farm nestled within the countryside of Pine Grove, PA. Raising black angus beef cattle and yorkshire hogs to sustain the family needs was its main priority but believe it or not, to this day the farm still maintains its original agricultural functions in addition to what we now consider Kutz Structures LLC. The farm not only has cattle and hogs on the property, but it also has chickens, dogs, a few cats, and the most recent addition to the property, a couple horses. We here at Kutz Structures LLC, maintain a daily personal life with our family and friends, while keeping everything strictly professional to meet the needs of our customers. So if you are in the market for a new or used structure to add to your residency, to house your personal belongings or possibly house any of your furry little friends, while supporting your local family owned and ran business, Kutz Structures LLC is where its at. You no longer have to look for multiple companies to take on those handful of tasks, considering that we can be known as a one stop shop because we can and will do it all to meet your storage needs. We conduct a complementary site check along with relocation services for multiple occasions along with support and give back to the ones who have and to this day still support this country that we call home. Meet Samuel Kutz
“Hello, my name is Samuel Kutz. Here is a bit about me, I have been involved in manufacturing since I was about 10 (did a lot of fishing in the local creeks as well) my pop was one of the first utility trailer manufactures on the east coast our brand is Pa International. My grandpappy had gone on to be with our Lord and Saviour (Jesus Christ), leaving his farm for me to Stewart. I currently grow hay to feed my beef cattle (Angus). My pappy used to say if he had a million dollars, he would farm ‘till it’s all gone. I've since gotten to experience just what that meant. My sister Arlene has taken up keeping the trailer plant going and I drifted into another endeavor, manufacturing sheds, garages, and animal shelters. My current lead time is 3-4 weeks. I am also constantly working to get our old farm house up with the times, tons of fun. Anyway, I have been blessed with a beautiful wonderful wife Lorenda, and six healthy children. I intend to upkeep our farm, add to it, and hand it down the line. And join my pappy in Glory praising (singing) to Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in Heaven.”
